Most refills are filled the same day, and many are ready within a couple of hours if requested during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). We will notify you the moment your order is bagged and waiting.
We contact your prescriber directly to request a new authorization, then follow up if the office is slow to reply. Please allow one to two business days for this, and let us know if you are down to your last few doses so we can prioritize it.
Yes. Complimentary local delivery is available throughout Brookfield and the Greater Milwaukee area. Just mention delivery when you place the request, and we will bring it to your door.
